Healthy Breasts 4: Exercise

Exercises targeting your upper body will help strengthen your chest muscles and improve your posture, which will make your boobs look perkier.

All you need is one pair of 1 or 2kg dumbbells and a ball. Complete as many reps as you can in 60 seconds, switching sides halfway through when you need to, then progress to the next exercise.
