Bible of Fibromyalgia

This is one of the first books on FM. It’s regarded as the Bible of FM. For a long time it was the only available as a reference book you could read at the library, but not check out. This is the bible and reference book that anyone with FM or treating FM should have on their shelf. While much of the information in this book still remains very useful and illuminating -- especially about bodywork and trigger points -- other aspects of it are obsolete. For example, guaiafenesin is not without long-term side effects. Written in easy-to-understand layman's terms with many illustrations. Both the authors have a wealth of knowledge. They have also written two other excellent books: "The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook" and "The Fibromyalgia Advocate."
