Whiter teeth

Dr. Weston Price

In the 1930s a Cleveland dentist named Weston A. Price traveled to isolated parts of the world to study the health of populations untouched by western civilization. His studies revealed that dental caries and crooked teeth are the result of nutritional deficiencies, not inherited genetic defects. Wherever he went, Dr. Price found that beautiful straight teeth, good physiques, resistance to disease were typical of native groups on their traditional diets, rich in essential nutrients.

When Dr. Price analyzed traditional foods he found that they were especially rich in fat-soluble vitamins from animal foods, such as butter, fish eggs, shellfish, organ meats, eggs and animal fats - the very cholesterol-rich foods now shunned by the American public as unhealthful.

The isolated people Price photographed - with their fine bodies, ease of reproduction, emotional stability and freedom from degenerative ills - stand forth in sharp contrast to civilized moderns subsisting on the “displacing foods of modern commerce,” including sugar, white flour, pasteurized milk, low-fat foods, vegetable oils and convenience items filled with extenders and additives.

Activated charcoal

Activated charcoal is a highly absorbent substance used in hospitals for food poisoning. Microscopically it has a very jagged surface that adheres to anything it comes into contact with. When you ingest it the ragged surface adheres to toxins or poisons in your digestive tract. It is not absorbed by the body, but passes through your digestive tract taking the toxins with it.Activated charcoal is extremely effective in cleaning out your system. Make sure not to take it within 30 minutes of a meal, medications, or vitamins, as they will not be absorbed. Don’t take charcoal more than once a week or in large doses as this may cause dehydration and constipation. How Does Activated Charcoal Whiten Teeth?Activated charcoal powder stains everything but don’t worry because it won’t stain your teeth. It will temporarily make your mouth look extremely black but it washes off quite easily. Activated charcoal powder has the same effect as it does when ingested: it pulls toxins from the mouth and removes stains. After a few uses your teeth will be noticeably whiter.
